Marshfield Moto X
Club
We are a flourishing club,
which was founded in 1980 with 36 members, when the club
ran 4 meetings. The Club and moto X in general flourished
through the eighties and the membership increased to 45
members. In 1982 the Club started using the present
location, and the track has been changed over the years to
its present format.
The Club is affiliated to the AMCA and we ride in the Avon
Centre. We have all classes of rider, from 10year old
Inter-Juniors to Expert riders.
It is usual to start as a Junior and progress to Senior and
then to Expert level as experience increases.
We have three meeting per year, one on Good Friday, one in
June and one in September. We hold a club meetings, on
alternate Thursday evenings at 8.30pm in the Crown Inn,
Marshfield.
